Preliminary Laguna Beach Real Estate Numbers For June, 2017 -- Down Sharply

As of July 1st the median asking price of the 258 Laguna Beach homes for sale, is $2,899,000. We will not have the final numbers until tomorrow, but it is looking like June's median sale price will be $1,588,750 or $311,250 below May's median price. Yes, it looks like current sellers want $1,310,250 more than June buyers were willing to pay.
